Tribody™ Technology

Tribody molecules are multi-specific antibody molecules which utilize the natural in vivo heterodimerization of Fab fragments to form a scaffold, upon which additional proteins can be incorporated. This new format for T-cell recruiting antibodies has demonstrated superior therapeutic performances both in vitro and in vivo.
